Problems, Stress, and Depression

I created this program to help you find a way to handle those issues in daily life that cause
stress and
depression. It's modeled on work I've done with my patients for more than thirty years, as well as two books I've written on this subject.
Most of us seldom stop long enough to analyze what's bothering us. We find ways to cover up, deny, or put off thinking about it. Clarity is absent while anxiety is high. We don't sit still to let anything sink in. We long to change things, but don't know how.
In order to break that pattern, and discover the answers you need, you'll have to ask yourself the following three questions:

We all become
lost in the "weeds" of
conflicts,
fears,
self-doubts, and
troubles. Life seems darker than it really is unless we disentangle ourselves and
find the way out.
It's hard to do alone. That's where we come in. You'll be "talking" to me in each part of this program. Together, step-by-step, we'll look at your life and find the solutions that work for you.
