I am Dr. Roger Gould. I have translated the critical components of psychotherapy into a step-by-step, guided process, which are actually "sessions" that will help you do for yourself, in the comfort of your own home and on your own timetable, the same kind of thinking and learning that you would do if you came to my office for treatment.
I won't be there in person, but what I have learned about life and how the mind works will be present in every step. I'll supply the right questions and insights to help you find the answers you need to find in yourself. In that way, I will be your virtual shrink.
I am convinced that the program is both effective and affordable. The published research demonstrates the effectiveness of this method. It's affordable. You can get a month's worth of work with as many sessions as you want for less than the co-pay for just a single session paid for by insurance. As an added bonus, it is easily accessible, day or night, without the hassles of travel and appointments, thanks to the Internet.
